Specifications of Plywood

(1). Plywood Grade

The plywood grade means the grade of face/back veneers. Our plywood grade: B/BB, BB/BB, BB/CC, C+/C, C/C, CDX, C/D,UTY etc.

B/BB plywood
BB/CC grade plywood
DBB/CC grade plywood
C+/C Pine plywood – Sanded & Flat
UTY grade plywood-(Utility grade,E/F grade)
CDX Grade Plywood–i.e. C-D Exposure 1 Plywood

(2). Face/back of plywood

There many different face/back veneers for plywood : Birch, Pine, Okoume, Meranti, Luan, Bingtangor, Red Canarium, Red Hardwood, hardwood, poplar,Recon,EV Poplar and so on.

(3). Plywood Core Species

Our plywood core species are poplar, hardwood (eucalyptus), birch and pine. We also can use mixed species as per your request, this core called combi core.

(4). Plywood Glue/Adhesive

Glue types: MR glue, WBP(melamine), WBP(phenolic),E0, E1, E2,Waterproof

(5). Formaldehyde emission grade

CARB2 , E0 , E1 , E2
The E0 has the similar emission rate as CARB2. CARB2 is the US Formaldehyde emission standard. For furniture plywood, E1 is a basic requirement.
